“This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan.”

“Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only.”

“Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before.”

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Allerdings merkt man dem Hotel an einigen Stellen an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insbesondere bei den Matratzen, die nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Komfort entsprechen. “Beautiful location The actual beach was nice but small spent more time by the pool. The food and drinks were ok not particularly great but there was something editable at each sitting although I did have burgers and fries more than once because it was the best thing available. The entertainment /shows were pretty good. Not pushy with the excursions / photos are nice but expensive. And lastly its older European crowd. Some seemed to welcome having diversity others seemed to be offended by……

“We booked a partial ocean view room and received exactly that. The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The location was close to the beach and transport links. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly.”
